Difference between Traditional Finnish Sauna & Infrared Sauna?

Our Traditional Finnish Sauna uses heated coals to warm the air, creating a hot, steamy environment that typically ranges from70°C to 100°C. Whilst our Infrared Saunas, use infrared heaters to emit direct heat that penetrates the skin, operating at lower temperatures of 50°C to 80°C. While Finnish saunas offer a high-heat, steam-driven experience, infrared saunas provide a gentler, more direct heat that can be easier on the body.

The Kiva Infrared Sauna offers a gentler heat. Whilst our Clearlight Infrared Sauna offers a more intense heat.
